BISMILLAHIR RAHMANIR RAHEEM ASSALAM ALAIKUM WA RAHMATH ULLAHI WA BARKATAHU  =========================     THE HONORABLE WIVES OF THE PROPHET PEACE  BE UPON  HIM =================    1- khadeejah  Bint Khuwailid R.A  2 -Aishah Bint Abu Bakr - R.A   3 -Sawdah Bint Zam'ah - R.A   4 - umm habeebah Bint Abu Sufyan- R.A   5 -Umm Salamah R .A   6 -Juwairiyah Bint Al-Haritt - R.A   7 -Hafsah  Bint  Umar R.A   8 -ainab Bint Khuzaimah - R.A   9 -Safiyyah Bint Huyah -R-A  10 -Zainab Bint Jahsh - R.A  11- Maimonah Bint Al-Harith R.A   ===================================== 9 - SAFIYYAH BINT HUYAH R.A ========================= Her Name and her genealogy : ================================ She Is Safiyyah Bint Huyay Bin Akhtab Bin Sa'yah(Or Sa'nah) Bin Tha'labah From The Tribe Of Lawi, The Son Of Jacob The Prophet Of Allah, The Son Of Isaac,The Son Of Abraham R.A  And Before That From The Offspring Of Aaron, The Son Of Imran, The Brother Of Moses A.S.She Was An Honourable And Intelligent Women Of Noble Lineage And Possessing Great Beauty. She Was Married Prior To Embracing Islam To Salam Bin Mishkam And Then To Kinanah Bin Abul-Huqaiq, Who Was Killed During The Battle Of Khaibar.   The  Blessed  Marriage : ================== Safiyyah Was Taken Captive On The Day Of Khaibar And Her Husband Was Killed, When The Spoil Of War Were Divided Up, Safiyyah Fell To The Lot Of Diyah Bin Khaleefah Al-Kalbi And He Gave Her To The Prophet S.A.W, Who Set Her Free And Married Her, After Giving Her The Choice Of Returning To What Remained Of Her Family Or Embracing Islam And His Messenger S.A.W And Became A Good Muslim. On The Way Back To Al-Madinah, When They Were Approximatly Six Miles From Khaibar, The Prophet S.A.W Consummated His Marriage To Safiyyah R.A And Held A Big Wedding Celebration. When The Prophet S.A.W Entered Safiyyah's Presence, He Niticed A Bruise On Her Face, He Asked Her About it And She Said : I Saw In A Dream That A Moon Had Fallen Into My Room And I Informed My Husband, Kinanah About It And He Said : This Means Naught Except That You Desire Al-Hijaz And Muhammad ! Then He Struk Me A Blow To My Face And This is The Mark Left By It.
